1885 Redrawn by Bodley in 1885, the Pear is drawn from a flock wallpaper formerly hanging in the Queen's drawing room at Hampton Court; originally made c.1735, it was removed when Verrio's paintings were rediscovered in 1899. The partners would have known the papers while they were still up.
