This fine Victorian mahogany upholstered dressing stool is wonderfully presented and an excellent example.

The carved cabriole legs are nicely patinated and show good colour. The exquisite serpentine design, carved detail to the cabriole and the very attractive sweep of the leg all pint to a piece of exceptional quality.

The seat has been recently professionally traditionally re-upholstered with a classic quality textile depicting a floral impression. It is complemented with gorgeous braiding.

The mahogany frame is robust and in good order. The condition and shape make this a rare find.
