Black Antique Covered Door Escutcheon

Complete your traditional door furniture with this Black Antique Covered Door Escutcheon, a compact 40mm keyhole surround with a swivelling circular cover.

Designed for use with a standard keyhole profile, the round cover pivots from the top to reveal the keyhole when required. When closed, it neatly conceals the keyhole while providing a traditional decorative finishing detail to the door.

The Black Antique finish has a traditional dark appearance particularly well suited to Victorian, cottage and other period interiors. It coordinates naturally with black door knobs, handles, hinges and other traditional architectural ironmongery.

Measuring 40mm in diameter, the escutcheon has compact proportions that allow it to complement the surrounding door furniture without becoming overly prominent. It is face fixed to the door and supplied individually.

Part of the Ludlow Black Antique range, this traditional covered escutcheon is manufactured by Carlisle Brass and carries a 10-year mechanical guarantee.

Ideal for restoration projects and traditional interiors, it provides a simple and practical way to finish and conceal the keyhole on a period-style door.
