Pineapple Cut Glass Flush Ceiling Light in Polished Brass - Large

Add sparkle and traditional character to your interior with this Pineapple Cut Glass Flush Ceiling Light, combining intricately patterned glass with polished solid brass metalwork.

The substantial glass dome features Kansa's distinctive pineapple cut pattern, with hand-cut detailing that catches and refracts the light to create an attractive decorative effect. The clear patterned glass is complemented by a polished brass ceiling gallery, giving the fitting a warm, bright finish that works particularly well with traditional brass door furniture and other period interior details.

Measuring 300mm in diameter and just 150mm high, the flush-mounted design is an excellent alternative to a pendant where ceiling height is restricted. Its compact projection makes it particularly suitable for hallways, landings, bedrooms and other areas where a decorative period light is required without hanging far into the room.

The fitting is handmade and assembled in the UK, using a mouth-blown glass dome and solid brass metalwork. It takes a single E27 (ES) lamp up to 60W and can be used with a suitable LED lamp for lower energy consumption.

With its combination of traditional cut glass, polished brass and restrained proportions, this ceiling light is particularly well suited to Victorian, Edwardian and Georgian interiors, as well as newer homes where classic period-style lighting is desired.

Matching and coordinating Kansa cut glass wall and pendant lights can be used throughout the home to create a consistent traditional lighting scheme.
