Add an authentic architectural detail to your period interior with this traditional Victorian plaster corbel, featuring an elegant elongated scroll design.
Based on an authentic Victorian period design, this decorative corbel is traditionally made in Somerset using Plaster of Paris, hessian and wood, recreating the materials and techniques used for original Victorian plaster mouldings.
Its tall, slender proportions and scrolling profile make it particularly effective as a decorative feature beneath shelves, mantelpieces, beams and other architectural features. It can be used individually or as a matching pair to introduce traditional character and architectural interest to a room.
The corbel is made to order and supplied ready for installation using a suitable plaster adhesive.
