I always feel a bit wary buying anything glass by post, but no need to worry from "The Victorian Emporium". I ordered a Radiometer (Glass instrument) and despite the Christmas rush it arrived very quickly and was packed in a box with polstyrene bits all round it.Then all this was packed in a larger box with similar packing. Wonderful packaging! Needless to say it arrived in perfact condition. I trust this company and will shop there again.

Ordering was very straight forward, my order arrived in less than 24 hours, unfortunately part of it was damaged in transit but it was replaced, with no problem, again it arrived the next working day.

My order was maybe one of Victorian Emporium's smallest, from the cheaper end of their range, but the goods and service I received was first rate, great to be able to talk to someone on the phone.

This is a great place for all your Victorian era refurbishment or decor needs. From radiators to wooden moldings, door knobs and lights... In today’s world of mass-produced goods, we were very happy to discover The Victorian Emporium
through a London friend’s recommendation. We discovered a treasure trove of period lighting, hardware and fireplace appointments as well as the curtain finials that were just what we were looking for.  The very helpful personal service and customization option, made our shopping  a pleasure and we look forward to working with them again soon on future projects

In Bristol a builder built 12 houses in the 1920’s. Some were bombed during the WW2. 

He used a particular style of moulding for the picture rails which has long not been available for any restoration. The bottom part of the moulding I have bought from you is the closest match I have found after literally years of searching. 

Perhaps not what the designer intended, but a big thanks.
