Four-leaf ornament within a square frame
Design 1 features four broad lobes arranged diagonally around a small circular centre. Rounded indentations divide the lobes, while gently shaped outer edges give them a leaf-like appearance.
A contrasting square frame encloses the motif, with a plain margin extending to the tile edges. The photograph shows buff-coloured lobes and an outer margin, with reddish-brown framing and a matching central circle.
A defined decorative inset
The complete framed pattern fits on one tile, making Design 1 useful as an individual accent among plain geometric tiles.
Repeat it at intervals to create a sequence of small ornamental panels, or arrange tiles in aligned rows for a regular grid of framed motifs. The square outline gives each design a clear boundary.
