Product Details
Trefoil and circular scroll decoration
Design 25 brings flowing ornament to a Victorian floor scheme. Five three-lobed trefoil motifs encircle a small central flourish, while broad curved bands frame the design. Leaf-like details extend towards the tile edges, adding interest beyond the central motif.
The photograph shows a light buff-coloured pattern against a black background. Please confirm your preferred colour combination before ordering.
Genuine ceramic encaustic construction
The decoration is formed using contrasting coloured clays, with the pattern extending below the tile surface. This is a genuine ceramic encaustic tile rather than a surface-printed encaustic-effect design.
Planning a repeating floor layout
Repeat Design 25 in aligned rows to create a sequence of circular decorative motifs, or space individual tiles between plain geometric tiles for a more restrained layout. A simple border can frame the patterned area and give the floor a clear perimeter.
Choose coordinating tiles by checking their colour, dimensions and thickness together. For period property restoration, compare the pattern and measurements with the existing floor before ordering replacements.
Ordering and colour matching
Sold individually, with the price quoted per tile. Contact us to discuss alternative colour combinations or matching an existing tile.
The 6 inch size is nominal. Please confirm the manufactured dimensions, thickness and installation requirements before ordering.
