Important Delivery Information (Long Length Wood only)
Please be aware of the following before completing an order:
For wooden mouldings over 1.2m in length we can only deliver with Tuffnells and DX as these couriers are able to carry up to 4.2m lengths. Unfortunately both couriers do not accept responsibility for late deliveries to a domestic property however 90% of these deliveries are delivered the day after despatch.
Please inform us at the point of placing the order if you have restricted access.
Labour should not be booked until the goods have arrived safely and have been checked.
Long length wooden mouldings are dispatched 2-10 working days from date of order (usually in approximately 5 working days).
We will email you to advise on the day of dispatch.
Orders can not 'queue jump' or be dispatched more quickly than the timescale given.
Deliveries that are not guaranteed as next day can take up to 3 working days to arrive once we dispatch them. Unfortunately there's no tracking or time slots on these particular deliveries.
If you are not available to accept the delivery or there is restricted access resulting in a failed delivery, a redelivery cost may be incurred which must be paid before a second delivery can be attempted
