This special commission is the peahen translated into a luxurious linen weave. Created to simulate painterly brushstrokes, breaks in the weave and contrasting directional stitches create a masterly illusion. In Roman terracotta reds and earthy, blushing pinks and browns on gold, the Tisserin is an elegant fabric.
