Reference taken from a 17th century Italian silk damask in the Genoa Museum collection. Almost identical examples of this damask are found in Hampton Court Palace and the V&A Museum.

It is carried in stock woven in undyed ecru wool which can be piece dyed any colour, minimum order 10 metres with delivery three weeks.

A two colour damask can be created but it has to be woven to order, with lead time 8 weeks from colour confirmation.  Genoa damask woven in any two colours: minimum order 20 metres @ £160/m. ex VAT.
